Meet the Team

Wellness With Movement (WWM to us) was founded by 2 fitness enthusiasts who fast became friends. Meeting through a shared understanding of wellness through exercise, mindfulness and relaxation has kept our focus towards helping others.

Dean Guerriero

Dean is the driving force behind Wellness With Movement, bringing years of experience as a personal trainer and a passion for total well-being. Recently crowned a winner at the National Fitness Awards, he’s also a true adventurer, having conquered and Won! the gruelling SAS selection race, The Fan Dance. Despite his incredible achievements, Dean remains humble and focused on helping others reach their goals.

Alex Parsons

Alex thrives on all things fitness and adventure. From competing in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and Spartan Trifecta events to scaling the UK’s highest peaks, his energy is boundless.
Whether it’s running, cycling, hiking, or even a game of squash, Alex loves inspiring others to embrace challenges and explore the great outdoors.
